Program Microsoft Word
1. Microsoft Word's graphical interface, window structure
and its components (bars).
2.
We will learn to create a new document, possibly using a template already
available in Word. We
will create custom templates to be archived to be used later.
3.
We will learn to give the document margins, indents, lines, tabs, hyphenation.
4.
We will handle the paragraph rows, we will place the text on multiple columns
and align it with the sheet.
5.
We will shape the font by choosing from the different types available. We will measure
the size, color, and effects. We will
decide the spacing between the characters and their position. We will give the text
a border and a background.
6.
We will handle bulleted and numbered lists, styles, indexes, and summaries.
7.
We will include in the document: interruptions, hyperlinks, headers and
footers, text boxes, bookmarks, footnotes and closures, page numbers and
symbols, images, files, objects, and charts.
8.
We will examine the document with the "Spelling and Grammar Check". We
will use tools such as: thesaurus, translator, glossary, auto correction, word
count, automatic timing.
9.
We will insert and manage tables, also learning to perform calculations in the
M. Word environment.
10.
Customize the documents by adding macros. We will register and
perform.
11.
We will verify the usefulness of the revisions when writing a document
submitted to the evaluation of multiple users. We
will be more able to protect a document by entering a password.
12.
We will create online modules, which can be compiled directly on screen. We
will learn more about inserting fields.
13.
We will learn to print the documents together with all the necessary options,
and we will check the effect on the sheet using the print preview feature.
14.
We will create master and secondary documents.
15. We will create and print envelopes and labels.
16. We will try to get maximum performance from the "Mail Merge"
tool.
17. We will learn to move within the document. We
will use key combination to speed up some commands.
18.
We will view the document in specific ways.
19.
We will import other documents, even those created with applications other than
M. Word.
20. We
will learn to send e-mails and faxes directly from M. Word.
